On September 5, 2007 the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China hosted a dinner reception for the Fletcher DC Club. By all accounts, the night was a great success. Over 90 Fletcherites and their guests attended, representing an extremely diverse group of alumni – including a range of different graduating classes, professions, and, of course, countries of residence. The guests all extend their thanks to the hosts and organizers for such a wonderful night.
Fletcherites enjoy a thrilling DC United victory
Submitted by zwirnm on 10 September 2007 - 10:00pm.Matt McCaffree, Lilia Gerberg, Ray Malley, Malcolm Peck, Jindra Cekan and son Eric Cekan cheer for DC United in the Fletcher School outing to RFK StadiumAround twenty Fletcher School graduates, spouses, and children enjoyed some thrilling Major League Soccer action as DC United beat the New England Revolution, 4-2, on September 9th. The battle between the two best teams in Major League Soccer made for a fun-filled outing for graduates ranging from the 1950s to the 2000s.

Submitted by arturoramos on 30 July 2007 - 3:22pm.On July 19, 2007, the White House announced that President George Bush has named Judith Ansley to be Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Regional Affairs on the National Security Council. Until this appointment, Ms. Ansley has served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council. Prior to that position, she served as Staff Director of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
Fletcher Team Participates in the National Race for the Cure

Komen National Race for the Cure. Participants in the 5K Race raised money and awareness, celebrated survivors of breast cancer, and honored those who have lost their battle against the disease. Thanks to Fletcher alums who participated!
