We are a Swiss academic couple staying in Washington DC from 1 September 2010 to 31 January 2011 and are searching a furnished, bright and spacious 1-2 bedroom apartment in DC for rental or sitting. We are in the mid-30s, non-smokers, outgoing and reliable, and very much interested in local culture and politics. Tobias is a visiting scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center and Rahel an arts manager specialized in theater. We are looking for a centrally located housing in vicinity to a metro/bus station.
