International Center for Alcohol Policies: Call for Input

A message from Amy West:
I work with the International Center for Alcohol Policies as a Special Advisor. There is a Call for Input for anyone with expertise on cultural shifts and patterns of violence. I am attaching the .pdf file.
There is an end-date of June 29th, but this has been extended so that I could attempt to get Fletcherites with knowledge/expertise in the critical areas mentioned a chance to respond.
