On December 17th, nearly 170 Fletcherites and our guests celebrated the festive season and marked the rekindling of our traditional Holiday Party, hosted by the Fletcher Alumni Association of Washington, DC. Updates to the Fletcher Club of DC 2011-2013 Board

Since the new Board assumed our roles in June 2011, our numbers have expanded and there have been some changes in responsibilities.
In particular, Jessie Evans (F'10), who was our excellent Volunteer Coordinator, has stepped down temporarily to take on an overseas assignment. Hila Hanif (F '09), who was Co-chair for Programs, has taken over Jessie's spot, and has already organized our Boo in the Zoo participation, with much more on the way.
Also, Kim Lyon (F '11) joined us as the Class of 2011 Representative; while Brigitte Brown (F '10) has joined Josh Gross as Co-representative of the Class of 2010.

AIDS Walk for the Whitman Walker Clinic

Fletcher Club AIDS WalkOn Saturday, October 2, 2010, the Fletcher Club of DC participated in the Washington, DC AIDS Walk, raising $550 for the Whitman-Walker Clinic in the District of Columbia.
"We all enjoyed the walk, raising money for a good cause, and eating a delicious diner breakfast when it was all over," remarked team captain, Jessie Evans.
Other members of the team included: Walker Bradley, Sarah Cartmell, Scott Culley, Beka Feathers, Joshua Gross, Joshua Haynes, Jelena Lukic, Dana Moore and Christian Paasch.

The annual DC Fletcher Club summer picnic was held on July 17, 2010 and was attended by over 100 Fletcher graduates, their family members and friends.
